We’ve been observing and collaborating with communities around the world since our early beginnings. From Digi.gal in Berlin, to Kombonation in Soweto, and through building our own global community at protein.xyz.

Our team helps connect you with the people shaping trends and influencing culture at a grassroots level, by researching and identifying communities (niche or mainstream; online or IRL) that align with your own values and where a reciprocal relationship can flourish.

How we do it:
Partnership strategies, community and partnership identification, matchmaking and facilitation exercises, bespoke panels and community advisory boards.


2. Community Activations

We help brands amplify their values and purpose by connecting them with aligned communities to collaborate on meaningful activations; activations that bring the brand’s unique story to life while honouring the community’s own voice and identity.

Our focus is not on building new communities, but on recognising and celebrating those who share similar passions and principles.

How we do it:
Immersive events, cultural programming, and community-driven content initiatives.

3. Community Led Brand Building

We believe that to become (and remain) relevant brands should stop thinking consumer and start thinking community. We call this community-led brand building, where we build out the strategies, structures and platforms needed for a brand to become an active community participant (not just an observer).


This approach allows brands to become a meaningful participant in culture; it empowers community members to lean in and contribute to a brand's narrative (organically extending influence and creating a deeper sense of loyalty), and drives more sustainable and long term  collaboration.
